Sommerland does not buy tickets back. Here, guests who cannot make it offer their ticket to others at the original price or lower. Payment and handover are a private matter between buyer and seller – Sommerland only passes on the contact details and rewrites the ticket, and accepts no liability, for instance if a payment fails. The usual care when buying from a private person is advised.
