Rules for stalls and vendors outside the programme
- Please bring everything you need for your stall (gazebo, table, chair, etc.).
- We can't guarantee you a power connection, but you'll probably be able to get power.
- You can stay overnight on the camping meadow if you'd like to.
- We don't have defined spots; we set up in order of arrival. If possible, please set up on Friday by 10.00.
- We'd like the stalls to be present on all three days if possible; this makes things easier for everyone involved.
- We take no liability for your goods. We have no storage space for the night.
- We charge a deposit of €50, and we're happy to receive a donation (in an amount you decide) if you're satisfied with how the festival went for you. If not, please tell us what you didn't like. The stall fee is to be paid four weeks before the festival begins and will be repaid after full participation over the three festival days.
- This festival is not aimed at commercial success. The organising team works unpaid and relies on your help. We're happy to have your support / your karma yoga during the set-up on the Thursday before the festival and also during the festival at the tea station, at the ticket desk and at the sanitary facilities. We'll put up a list you can sign up on.
- If you'd like to take part in the festival's designated programme items, please buy a festival ticket.
- If you make sales, you'll need a travelling trade licence (Reisegewerbekarte) here in Lower Saxony.
- Compliance with all rules and legal regulations is your responsibility. Sommerland Festival e.V. merely provides the space for you.
- By setting up your stall on the festival grounds, you accept these rules.
The organising team wishes you a successful and lovely festival, lots of fun and a great time in Sommerland!
