Rules for providers within the programme
- As a provider, you have the opportunity to present yourself and your offerings at the festival. Sommerland Festival e.V. provides the space for this.
- This festival is not geared towards commercial success. With the income, we cover the costs for the infrastructure on the festival grounds, for advertising and much more. We are therefore unable to pay you a fee or travel expenses.
- You can take part in all designated programme items of the festival.
- You are free to set up a "donation pot" at your events. If you receive donations, we would appreciate a share of them.
- The organising team works voluntarily and relies on your help. We appreciate your assistance / your karma yoga during the set-up on Thursday before the festival and also during the festival at the tea station, at the till and at the sanitary facilities. We will put up a schedule that you can sign up on.
- If you are satisfied with how the festival went for you, tell others about it. If not, please tell us what you didn't like.
- You can stay overnight on the camping meadow if you would like to.
- If you make sales at the festival, you will need a travelling trade licence (Reisegewerbekarte) here in Lower Saxony.
- Compliance with all regulations and legal provisions is your responsibility. Sommerland Festival e.V. merely provides the space for you.
- By agreeing to take on a programme item at the festival, you accept these rules.
