We only process personal data (e.g. name, email address) where this is necessary for running the festival, answering enquiries or processing orders.
3. Server log files
When you access our website, the hosting provider (ALL-INKL.COM) automatically collects data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time), which is used to ensure the operation of the site and for error analysis. This data is not linked to specific individuals.
4. Cookies and local storage
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies required to operate the
site or to provide functions you have actively chosen to use. We do not use
tracking cookies or external analytics tools.
Specifically:
- PHPSESSID: Session cookie that keeps track of, for example, the contents of
your shopping cart or your login while you are on the site. Deleted when you
close your browser.
- slf_lang: Stores your chosen language (German/English). Validity: 1 year.
- slf_remember: Only set if you log in to your customer account and actively
select "Stay logged in". Keeps you logged in on the festival website
afterwards as well, without having to log in again. Validity: 30 days.
As these cookies serve exclusively technically necessary purposes or functions
you have chosen yourself, no separate consent is required under Section 25 (2)
No. 2 of the German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act
(TTDSG).
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data. Please contact the email address given above to do so.
